Ingredients
- 2 trimmed lamb racks
- 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 teaspon thyme chopped
- 1 zest of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 1/2 cup bradcrumbs
Instructions
- Brown the lamb in a frying pan
- mix breadcrumbs, rosemary, garlic, thyme lemon zest, and softened butter together
- mold mixture onto the meat side of the lamb rack
- cook at 190°C for 25 to 40 minutes depending on how well done you like it
