Ingredients
- 500 grams beef mince
- 1 small onion finley diced
- 1/2 cup finely diced capsicum
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespopns tomato sauce of paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
- 1egg
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl until they are binding together
- Roll into balls then press into patties
- Heat oil or butter in the pan, cook until golden brown on both sides turning once
- Serve with your favorite vegies.
