rack of lamb

2trimmed lamb racks
1 tablespoon rosemary chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 teaspon thyme chopped
1zest of one lemon
1 tablespoon softened butter
1/2 cup bradcrumbs

Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb Directions

  1. mix breadcrumbs, rosemary, garlic, thyme lemon zest and softened butter together
  2. mold mixture onto the meat side of the lamb rack
  3. cook in 190°C for 25 to 40 minutes depending on how well done you like it.
