500 grams beef strips or chicken tenderloins
8tortillas
2large onions sliced
1 teaspoon ground cummin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1large jar Salsa
2 cups grated cheese

Enchiladas Directions

  1. Lay tortillas on the bench and spread half of the salsa on the tortillas (like pizza sauce)
  2. Fry the onions until well-caramelised place them the tortillas
  3. Brown the beef strips and then add the spices cook until any liquid has reduces
  4. Place the beef on the tortillas and roll them up.
  5. Spread the remaining salsa on top of the enchilada then add grated cheese on top
  6. Cook in hot oven until cheese is melted and golden brown
